Refund & Return Policy

🔁 Returns:

As all our gifts are custom-made just for you, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • There is a major manufacturing defect

In such cases:

  • Please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery

  • Our team will verify and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable

🚫 No Return Cases:

We do not accept returns if:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • The customization details were entered incorrectly by the customer

  • There’s a slight color difference (due to screen or lighting)

⛔ Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • After 2 hours, cancellation is not possible, as we begin the customization process.

🕐 Refund Process:

  • If eligible, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
