As all our gifts are custom-made just for you, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
The product was damaged during delivery
The wrong product was delivered
There is a major manufacturing defect
In such cases:
Please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery
Our team will verify and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable
We do not accept returns if:
You changed your mind after placing the order
The customization details were entered incorrectly by the customer
There’s a slight color difference (due to screen or lighting)
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After 2 hours, cancellation is not possible, as we begin the customization process.
If eligible, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
