Refund policy

At DOWSE FRAMING, all our products are custom-made and 
personalized especially for you. Therefore, we follow a 
strict but fair return policy.

RETURNS ACCEPTED IN THESE CASES ONLY:

We accept returns or replacements only if:
• The product was damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• There is a major manufacturing defect

HOW TO CLAIM:
• Share a clear unboxing video and photos within 48 hours 
  of delivery
• WhatsApp us at +91-9988668433
• Our team will verify and offer a replacement or refund 
  as applicable

NO RETURNS IN THESE CASES:

We do not accept returns if:
• You changed your mind after placing the order
• Customization details were entered incorrectly by 
  the customer
• There is a slight color difference due to screen 
  settings or lighting
• The product has been used or tampered with

ORDER CANCELLATION:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement only
• After 2 hours, cancellation is not possible as 
  customization begins immediately
• To cancel, contact us immediately at 
  support@dowseframing.com

REFUND PROCESS:

• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund 
  is initiated

CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS:

• Bulk orders above ₹5,000 are non-cancellable once 
  confirmed
• Any defects in bulk orders must be reported within 
  24 hours of delivery with full unboxing documentation
